    Condo exactly as shown. This is a bldg w/ privately owned condos. Owner provides a local person to contact for any issues, of which I had none. Next door is an excellent early- opening coffee shop that sells luncheon & dinner items is a casual serving. Each day I watch ships going/coming from my living room, & in evenings from the deck. I used Hop-on, Hop-off bus as my transportation since they stopped 1/2 block away. The exchange rate made it very affordable, Drivers very helpful.

    The apartment is ideally located at Mouille Point, easy 15 minute walk to V&A Waterfront, Beautiful Promenade across the road. Lovely restaurants in immediate vicinity. Apartment has 24hr security and is safe to walk to and from V&A at night. Its a very quiet area at Night.
