Sea views from private garden, free parking, 5 min walk to beach.

Very helpful host. Well equipped nice quite apartment

Pretty poor, we couldn’t check in early even though the room was free for sometime before we got there as it took 24 hours to heat the place up, plus on arrival they had put wet towels on the main bed so the bedsheets were cold and wet, when asked we were told they can change them on Boxing Day which was over a day to wait. Also on arrival the smoke alarm was going off and was advised to remove the battery. All in all I wouldn’t recommend as not only that the bathroom still had lots of mold everywhere which could have been easily cleaned.

Hosts were very welcoming and the place was lovely, with everything we needed and more, plus more space than we expected. The extra games and books were lovely too. The only problem was the bathroom door, (which they did warn could be stiff), was catching and very difficult for an adult to open, so locked children in completely.

It was a well equipped kitchen , but only 3 mugs. Could have used more

Great comfortable base for Saundersfoot and good value for money. A couple of maintenance issues which I will message about privately. Hope to stay again next year.

Location of apartment is Great, 5min stroll and you are on the beach. Everything you need for a holiday stay was at the apartment, clean and very well kept. Excellent choice for our trip to South Wales.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was ideal as was the property. Well stocked for cooking at home and very clean/comfortable beds. Thank you for having us!

Although the accommodation was OK (lots of dust everywhere & long hairs on my pillow when we arrived at the appartement. But for the rest ok) it was not nice to hear the above neighbors the whole stay (morning till evening). You can hear them walk around, talk, hear the television, hear the bathroom etc. It was mentioned in the add that during your stay no loud music was allowed but I think that is normal practice. But it really spoiled our holiday being woken up every day at 07:30 hours due to the loud noise from the neighbors. I don't think it was the neighbors fault, it is how the appartement is build, with wooden floors.... We sent our complaint to the (friendly) owners but no solution was given.... Also stated in the add that there is a stunnig view... well, if you are tall enough there is one spot in the (partly shared) garden were you can see the beach. For the rest you only see the plants in the garden. Overall we had a great week but only the time we were not in the appartement!

Nice apartment, 5min walk to town centre.Lovely kitchen with all amenities, comfrey beds with clean duvets and soft fluffy towels. Lots of hot water and outdoor seating. Would recommend and stay there again. I had a medical issue and had to go to Carnarvon hospital Jenny called me a couple of times to check I was okay nice gesture from owners.

A fantastic little place to call home away from home.We only spent a few days here, but was more than worth it.It was comfy, light and airy. a 5min walk and you're at the harbour/beach front. What more could you ask for?

Stayed for a week, ok facilities but could have done with outside washing line as rules requested no drying clothes etc in doors and struggled to get towels dry between uses. The airer kept falling over if placed outside. Was a damp smell when we first arrived but having constantly had windows and doors open throughout the week helped reduce dampness. Worth noting that the steep hill could be a problem if you are not pretty mobile. A good experience overall.

Lovely place to stay everything you need very comfortable

The apartment was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Parking at the property was fine and it was nice to have the small garden.

Spacious flat bit dated and needs a deep clean .Mismatch of glasses crockery utensils,bedding wasn’t the best and quilt & pilllows in spare bed were really badly stained when pointed this out to host they did respond straight away to say they would inform the cleaner . We told our friends who were following us down to bring their own . For this reason I wouldn’t stay here again

Very comfortable flat. Several heat registers made it easy to regulate temperature in different rooms. Adequate kitchen supplies except for recycling - bins were provided and well-marked but no bags in the bins to get items out to the big bin in the parking lot. That was confusing. It was a nice place to stay in the winter, would be really lovely in spring/summer when you could enjoy the outdoor area. Would return if in the area.

Short distance from centre of Saundersfoot and beaches. Convenient parking. Large living area with lots of light and pleasant views. Host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Perfect got everything you need & is so central. Lonely little place. Had a fabulous weekend

Would like to have seen a seaview ,otherwise nice location

The apartment is lovely and we loved staying there even though it could do with a bit of updating,there isn’t a sea view but that’s due to the house in front not keeping their trees trimmed. The hill was steep but even with COPD I managed it with just 3 brief stops on the way up , communication with the owners was spot on and just a tip for turning the extractor fan for the bathroom on use the brush in the cupboard next to the bathroom to switch it on and off . We will be going again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Overall the property was what we wanted. Some things need looking into, in the bathroom there is some old brackets for an old blind they are rusty & need to be taken off. The microwave is going rusty under the glass plate, the kitchen cupboards plastic skin's are cracked. When it rained the down pipe was blocked no water coming down, all overflow down the wall next to the little bedroom making it smell musty. No toilet roll. Sounds like I'm moaning but small things make a difference.

Nice spacious property, could be cleaner some kitchen pots dirty and shower screen guard dirty. Main bedroom could do with another bedside table and thicker curtains. Place is a bit damp and could do with a paint.No sea view as advertised. Good location for Saundersfoot.

A very clean and well equipped apartment aswell as being well appointed to Saundersford Harbour. We intend returning in the next few months to continue our coastal path journey.
