Stayed Apr 4, 2025A weekend stay for 6 friends…. The house was perfect,great location, spacious, clean, well equipped with beautiful views of the sea. The beautiful weather was the icing on the cake.Would definitely recommend Sea view

Stayed Jun 19, 2024House was a good size, kitchen was superbly equipped , although short of matching wine glasses not enough for 8 people let alone 10/12 if more stayed the same with the cream handled cutlery plenty of forks nd spoons not enough knives for 8 so had to micx and match.. The dining room curtains were very faded and the twin bedroom curtains were theadbare with massive rips in them.The bedrooms lacked any wardrobes fine if just staying two nights but we stayed four and had to live out of suitcases, the drawers were stiff to open and needed some candle wax on them. one of the double bedrooms the keep on the bathroom door didnt work well so you couldnt keep it closed. Key safe is very difficult to get to to see the numbers and get them lined up. Outside furniture was not comfortable and had no cushions, or parasol needed a restain and def needed a clean birdpooh all over the lounge swing . THese sound like we are nip picking but we paid a lot of money for four nights so expected it to be clean and well maintained. It was spotlessly clean inside but lacked the little maintance jobs being done which would of meant a fantastic review. We cooked in every night and the kitchen gadgets , pans and utensils were superb.Hope you accept these points as constructive observation and can easily rectify them. a couple of bin bags would be good when letting to a large group.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Great location, a roomy house for our group of 7. Lovely views of the beach, spacious, comfy sitting areas, extremely well equipped kitchen and great patio very private. Wonderful to be able to walk along the coast to Aldeburgh. Enjoyed a trip to Snape and Orford.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022Fabulous property and location. 11 of us stayed & there was plenty of space & bathrooms galore. Really well equipped with views from the front bedroom to die for. We will definitely return.
