One-bedroom apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped. Sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand.



Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, equipped kitchenette.

Random parking space subject to availability at the time of Check-In.



It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Close to everything, beach , groceries, restaurants. It did smell of cigarette smoke unfortunately.

    Excellent location, walk to beach and Main Street with great restaurants and shops. Apt is well equipped.

    The accommodation itself, was renewed with all items in high quality. Better mention that there is a parking place, but that there is (most of the time) possibility that you can not park there, because it is fast full. Contrary to what was initially stated in the description (that there is a place to park) and on that basis we chose this one. So we had everyday some stress with this on our vacation.

    This modern condo just as pictured had a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, right across the walkway from the beach, conveniently located to everything walking distance and at the end of the beach strip so less busy. It was perfect for my 4 day trip. Nuris2U was very accommodating, had great communication and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this apartment.
