I don’t know where to start! Booked this place for 4 nights. AC not working after making several calls and messages lady came around 5.40 with some one to look at the AC went away. Giovanni the guy in charged who communicate on VRBO Messaged saying by tonight AC would be fixed. I said if problem can’t be fixed, please refund my money I’m happy to look for another property he said AC will be fixed. Around 9.pm he messaged saying it will be fixed by tomorrow. I said I would like to check out he refused to understand or show sympathy said I’m sending fan . He send 2 fan smaller than table fans. Next morning two man arrived to fix aircon turned the apartment into building site. On top of that Giovanni called me greedy. Lady asked for 16 euro tourist tax I gave her 20 euro dint give me the change when I requested for change Giovanni said he will transfer 4 euro through PayPal what a joke. I said I don’t have PayPal . Dint get my change back. No toilet roll when I asked for toilet roll I got the reply from lady I should have brought my own toilet roll it’s not a hotel. No quilt or blanket, hand wash.
