Sea Breeze unit 2 Two level

Hampton Beach is Hampton Beach and people stay there for a reason! Great beach, great restaurants, live music, and great people. We had so much fun and the place was a perfect location for everything Hampton has to offer. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and perfect for 4 but could fit 6 comfortably too! Thanks for a great time and we would definitely rent again.

The cottage easily accomodated our group of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) and had decent space in both the livingroom and kitchen. The kitchen was a bit tight was 6 people but it worked for us as the teens mostly ate separate from the adults and they could fit 4 at the table. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and was right at the start of the main strip where all the shops and food are. The only draw back was the tandem parking was tight for 3 cars (one car per rental unit) and if more than 2 renters had a large vehicle then 3 cars could not fit. We had to pay for parking on 2 different nights because the other 2 renters had a large pickup truck and an SUV, and there was no room for our SUV, but we were there a full week and as different renters came and went in the other units the parking qas fine other than those 2 days, so its really the luck of the draw on what type of cars people have. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the location of the cottage to the strp amd the beach and would definitely stay there again.

The appartement is far from luxurious but is quite clean and has everthing we needed.. so given the price, it was perfect. The parking could have been a major problem because technically you have to deal with others to move the cars as their all suppose to be parked behind one another. But the guy form unit 1 parked int the street all week so we managed to use the parking freely. The patio from our unit was appreciated. It's a 4-5 minutes walk from the beach

-Short walk to the beach. Basically cross the street, and walk down the next street. They had fireworks on Wednesdays, which were amazing and only took us about 10 minutes to walk to. -Was told differences between pictures (which were taken a couple months ago) and state of unit, was due to normal wear and tear. The pictures showed newish blue couch, when in reality it was white, beat up and ripped, so I don’t completely understand the response I got. -Freezer didn’t fully seal on the refrigerator when we were there, which caused problems with the frozen groceries we bought. Was told we didn’t put the small ice tray in incorrectly which doesn’t make sense. -The way parking is set up with the other two units, two of the three will be blocked in when you are parked there. Owner says description stating tandem sufficiently describes this. -I purposely left everything from the beds in a pile on the floor, assuming it was washed between visitors. Owner told me I should have made the beds before I left. -The bed in the master bedroom was horrible to sleep in. It's a metal frame that looks like it comes from a pull out. -Wifi was too slow for us to use teleconferencing so we had to tether to our cell phones. Not the owner’s fault but know this if you need to telework from the house. -Strange unit sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Owner says it’s a permanently fixed heater but I don't know why this wasn't included in the pictures of the kitchen. -Issues aside, a ⅗ rating is fair due to beach proximity

This place is clean and spacious. We had 6 people in total and everyone had enough space. Quick walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood
