Stayed Aug 12, 2024It was clean and very convenient in terms of location. It say sleeps 6 but thats if you sleep 2 on the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We did a short trip but it was a perfect house for a few nights. Location is great, view of the marsh is beautiful. House was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 1 child.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023We were very happy with the apartment. The only issue we had is that it smelled like smoke and the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall the place was very clean, welcoming, close to everything we wanted. All in walking distance. Three houses down from Wally's. Which is the reason why we booked this place. Tracy the owner was excellent with communicating with me from the time we booked up to the day of checking in. I would book again.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We had a great stay! The place was clean and updated. The property was walking distance to the social scene of Hampton Beach. We would have liked an outdoor seating area for this unit. The other units on the property had a small outdoor space but this one did not. Parking is shared with the other two units (in a line). We had to be in contact with the neighbors to move cars around when people needed to come and go. Luckily our neighbors were friendly! Overall, we had a really nice vacation at Hampton Beach! Thank you!
