Beautiful apartment with an impressive terrace overlooking the sea in the Punta Gaviota Urbanization in Sitges with capacity for 4 people and a communal pool.

This property is located in one of the most idyllic and beautiful locations in Sitges, in a very quiet community where you can relax with its beautiful sea views and enjoy a fantastic holiday.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you need for your stay: afull kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher...), a living-dining room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. The most spectacular feature is its enormous terrace with views of the sea, as if you were standing on it.

The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is accessed directly from the pool area, so it is very convenient if you are travelling with children. It has a parking area.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
