Scorpio condos are located between Vail Village and Lionshead. Located next to the Four Seasons Hotel. Great Vail mountain views. Just a short 5 minute walk to either village base area. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two twins. THIS CONDO ONLY SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, free wifi, great Vail mountain views. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Overall good, but you need to know... The Bad: All bedspreads were dusty/stale, had to clean before using. Several outlets did not work. Master needs better lighting, better pillows and a TV. Kitchen is adequately equipped with cooking utensils, but could be better. Had to clean clogged shower drains by removing clumps of past renters' hair. Ice maker did not work, ice tray only. Had to clean mold out of a dehumidifier before use. Second bedroom very cold, suspect window needs to be sealed better. Upstairs neighbors stomping. Not enough TP/trash bags. The Good: Location is great. Fireplace worked great. Firewood available (consider providing more, as well as more firestarters). TV easy to use. Front entrance has place for ski equip. Kitchen appl worked good, nice fridge. Wash/dryer worked great. Pretty comfortable furniture. Quick elevator. Always an open parking space. Can see slopes from window. Cozy. Warm. Other: Vail Rlty was responsive and direct, but not overly friendly...lots of strict rules that give off a fairly tense vibe. However, the lady in the office at check-in was very nice. I get it, it's a rental, but rented diff unit in same bldg at same time last year for less money and fewer issues. So for the money charged, attention to detail matters. Realty Co needs to up game...need to charge less or fix obvious issues. BUT...overall positive experience...we were comfy and had fun, did not directly detract from our trip. Would recommend with fixes. Nice place.
