Stayed Jan 21, 2026Really great location, right next to the beach but 10 minutes walk along the stunning coast to the old centre of the town. A comfortable relaxing space with patio that gets the sun from mid morning. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi right outside the apartment. The apartment is well equipped.Boris was welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to returning next year!

Stayed Aug 7, 2019It’s always great being in an owner’s property, as they treat you like a guest and not just a paying client. And Boris is a great example of this. His communication before our arrival was great, and he was on hand if needed throughout (not that we did). The property was as described and shown in the pictures, so no point labouring these details. With ground floor access to the pool, this made an indoor outdoor day perfect, and for the social lets you, and your kids if you have them, get to meet those staying around you. The site was quiet throughout the day and night, providing for both relaxing days and peaceful nights. It’s location almost on the beach at El Cotillo means that you can access this beautiful, clean and ever changing beach whenever you want. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Boris.

Stayed Sep 23, 2016Bruno and Maria who own the property, were great to deal with. Although the check out time was 10:30am, our flight wasn't till 9:00pm. They were happy for us to stay in the Apt. Till 5:00pm. The apt. Is well kitted out and was spotless! Can't think of anything which would improve it! The pool is fantastic ! Lots of sun beds and really well maintained. Two people clean the pool and the surrounding area every morning. The Complex is situated right on Cotillo beach and has access directly on to the Beach , which is one of the most natural and beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Probably the best Apartments In Cotillo. The perfect Chill out location. Planning our return!! Donald Blue
