Stayed Apr 27, 2024My family and I traveled to Tucson for my grandmother's 95 birthday..... My only frustration was getting the 2nd payment taken and understanding when i would receive the check in instructions. However, Bernado got right back to me and made me feel secure; he was even able to get us an early check in! The place was comfortable and had sufficient kitchen supplies and towels. My favorite part was the view roght out the back door where I saw some quail and a couple of roadrunners! Hreat experience and thank you!

Stayed Apr 21, 2024The place was nice, with decent beds, decently stocked kitchen, nice pool/hot tub, and beautiful views from the back porch. However, communication with the owner and property manager was poor. Requested possible early check-in a few days before arrival and owner did not respond on VRBO and property manager did not respond until a few hours before check in, indicating that early check-in would not be possible. When I finally got the code to check in, I was greeted by a completely uncleaned rental - beds unmade, towels on floor, food and crumbs, dirty floor. They sent a service to clean and that took around 1-1.5 hours while I sat on a dining room chair. Cleaners asked me not to tell VRBO as they would be docked $50, suggesting this has happened before. Property manager said they would look into a fee reduction, but then said there was no need for any reduction. Also communicated with VRBO assistant who would not take any action and said it was up to the owner. Disappointing.
