Savoy Monumentalis XI – Luxury with sea view

Savoy Monumentalis XI is a modern and sophisticated one-bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Savoy Monumentalis complex, in the Funchal area. Ideal for couples, it combines comfort, functionality and an exceptional setting, offering a unique stay experience in Madeira.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for guests who value practicality and comfort during their stay. This space opens directly onto a pleasant sea-view balcony, ideal for relaxing moments, outdoor meals, or simply enjoying the sunset.

The apartment offers an elegant double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and direct access to the sea-view balcony, providing privacy, comfort and a strong connection to the outdoors. At the entrance, there is also a guest bathroom serving the social area.

A laundry/storage room equipped with a washing and drying machine adds extra convenience for longer stays. Guests also have access to shared facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, solarium with sun loungers and beautifully maintained gardens, enhancing the overall experience of comfort, leisure and well-being.

Located in the Lido area of Funchal, Savoy Monumentalis XI enjoys a privileged location close to beaches, promenades, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and services. With easy access to the city centre and main roads, it is an excellent base for exploring Madeira, combining luxury, tranquillity and proximity to the sea.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay (€14 per person). Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
