Really loved our stay at Sarah's place. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and our dog. The space was just as advertised and super clean and comfortable. Really neat upstairs space/game/tv room. Hardwood floors, original windows and architecture, and an eclectic/historic vibe. Met the owner, who was extremely accommodating and flexible with check out time. Only suggestion would be to add some opaque window coverings to the bedroom windows. Otherwise, a perfect stay!
Very cool property, location and getaway
Very close to Stetson (I walked to my meeting). We had a short stay, but this could work for longer stays as well. Very central to campus.
Fantastic rental for our needs. Old works charm. Neat top floor socializing room. Got great sleep with great quality bedding and linens. Nicer than most. Host was amazing too. Very nice and very attentive. Can't miss with this property.
Anita was a great host and her communication was top notch! I stayed right after the hurricane and she was very helpful. The property itself is historic, so there were some quirks to it. The rooms were big and the mattress were very comfortable to me. The towels were also brand new, which was nice. All in all, if you're looking to stay in the area, I would recommend the property and the host Anita
