Sao Rafael. Stunning 2 Bed G.Floor Apt. Beach/pool 250m. Albufeira 5Mins by Taxi

Property was very nice. Well appointed. Very quiet. Location fabulous. Pool excellent. Appreciated the receptiveness of the owner.Neighbours also very kind.

We were very pleased with the property once we were in. It was very much as advertised.The property is very conveneintly located to several beaches, one of which was only a 4 or 5 minute walk. This property is just outside on Albufeira and about an 8 or nine minute drive from Old Town and about 5 minutes from the Marina. We had a rented car and parking was close and ample.We did have to reach out to the owner concerning a broken toaster. He told us he was aware of that and had ordered a new one which had failed to show up on time. (It would have been nice to know that before hand.) We purchased a new toaster with the blessing of the owner, but it was 5 Euros more than he was expecting.) We have not been reimbursed yet for either the cost which was forwarded to him or the amount he had said he was willing to pay ... We'll see.Towards the end of our trip, I tried to reach out to him but found our conversations on the VRBO site had been deleted. We were unsuccessful in reaching him.Despite the minor issues above, it was a very good stay and we were quite pleased overall. We recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it. The Location was great. Being late spring it was nice to have access to a pool ( ocean still a little cool). Outside patio area was lovely and nice to have a charcoal barbecue. If you plan on doing a mix of cooking and going out for meals this was a great choice. Kitchen was well appointed and there were restaurants within walking distance. The owner was quick to respond to questions and minor concerns.

Very clean has all you need in the kitchen spacious all round .lovely garden,now the down side no grab rail in shower I’m disabled,bbq was left by last guest dirty disgusting,patio furniture was chained up Iv never ever had to put furniture up or out my self I struggled putting table up I did leave table up as I couldn’t put it down on my own I chained it up best I could my husband is a very ill man so couldn’t help me .Also we were left with no tv for our stay the property manager came out to check it but the owner wouldn’t do anything till he goes their next the manager agreed their was a problem with it but the owner was happy to leave us with nothing,the pool was a struggle for me to walk to I’m use to luxury this property is standard rental were we normally stay the pool is in front of everyone’s patios in lovely gardens ,Tommy mini store only take cash and hasn’t changed in yrs never got much stock and over priced

This is our 4th time staying at this property. It is an amazing villa, 3 mins walk to the beach and 6 mins walk to the pool. We always consider going elsewhere but as this place is perfect, we always go back. Very quiet area, with beautiful gardens, enormous patio, 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen/lounge area. A delightful place and we are so glad we found it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had been to Albufeira previously at another location that had more amenities. Also Albufeira is more geared for a younger demographic. We enjoyed other parts of the Algarve better.
