Santuary on 24th

not what was advertised and not clean at all. I had to get another place to stay since the plumbing was also an issue. vrbo actually had to step in and get me a refund. The owner did actually refund my money.

Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood close to everything

Perfect for our brief stay. Very clean, easy access and parking, cozy basement apartment. Loved it!

Nice basement stay. Close to downtown and airport.

The basement we very nice, cozy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for practical, easy cooking. The entry door into the basement was a bit difficult to navigate with large suitcases and our cooler, but other than that we had a nice time.

Easy for us to get to.

It's clean and nice.The only downsides are its in the basement and the entrance stairs are somewhat hard to navigate, also the bathroom is small and the shower is small.

This is a cute little place to stay. It was a great location for what I needed. Clean and smelled nice!! The beds are a little hard and the bathroom is a little tighter space. But I would stay here again. I'll just bring a pad to make the bed a little softer haha.

Comfy place, easy access to all downtown events. Check in and out was easy. The house had everything we needed.

Place was clean and attractive. Supplying bottled water for drinking and making coffee would have been appreciated! However, stairs to basement needs a hand rail as being somewhat disabled the railless stairs were difficult, front porch light needs to be on when it gets dark as we arrived after dark and couldn’t see the house number which made it difficult to find the property, we were to park in the back which was ok but there was no light there either so it was hard to see and made us feel unsafe! Later saw the motion light for the back which had been turned off, there is black mold in the 2nd closet.

Property was very clean. Bedrooms were a little warm as air conditioner is in the living room, so may want to bring own fan. Easy commute to downtown. Overall very pleased with it.

Peaceful play to stay. However, the bathroom is very small. There is no place in the bedrooms to put your luggage. You have to use the bed or put on floor. Would have been nice to have a luggage rack. The portable air conditioner did not work. My son read the error code and the water tank needed to be emptied and the filter needed cleaning. We did get the air conditioner up and running but this should have been managements job. For the price is wasn't that great.

It was clean and served its purpose.
