Stayed Jul 10, 2023Initial meet with host was promising. The weather was 100 F. No Air conditioning, requested two fans since there was one ceiling fan in a single bedroom and on the 5th floor with no elevator. She replied the owner ordered them through Amazon prime, for next day arrival. When asked for update next day my message was blocked. No fans!!!! We had windows wide open and street noise was very loud. After a full day of sightseeing and extreme heat we returned to the apartment where it was just as hot. We’re a family of 5. We left Milan more exhausted with little rest. Property would be more comfortable in fall or spring months.
