Stayed Sep 19, 2025The unit was well positioned and provided easy access to all attractions. The unit was clean, well presented and comfortable be it the space is small but livable. The inability not to be able dine inside the unit was a disadvantage otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 31, 2025Allesandro and his wife were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us upon arrival and gave us thorough Information on the apartment and local spots to experience. We were there for a wedding and this location made it perfect for those festivities as well as checking out local cuisine. The apartment has all the amenities you need and is pridefully cared for. The AC made a nice break from warm afternoon sun. Florence is a beautiful city with lots of history, and I appreciate its low key vibe. We were impressed with how well the windows are insulated from any street noise, making a very restful stay.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024This apartment was the perfect space for our stay in Florence. It was thoughtfully decorated and appointed, with everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was luxurious. It's in a great location. The walk from the train station is about 20 minutes but all sights are very easily walkable.

Everything was super clean and comfortable and was the best air conditioning we had on our 12 night trip staying at 3 other places. The location was perfect and a quick walk to the events we had planned.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The rental works great, the furnishings are very nice, and extremely clean. The location is walking distance to all the major sights. A/C worked well, out stay was during summer. We considered it a very safe area. Host was very helpful with area suggestions on food, parking, etc.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This little apartment was incredibly well thought out. The linens are high quality, they have sound proof windows & very efficient ac. We loved meeting Nemi who was very generous with local Suggestions on where to eat. We loved Marios down the street for coffee and you must go to Vivoli cafe a short walk for their affogato & croissants. Perfect place to stay- great location. Perfect for a couple.
