This stylishly modern penthouse apartment is located in the exclusive Elviria area of Marbella, within the prestigious El Manantial de Santa Maria Golf complex. This bright and beautifully furnished penthouse boasts breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Take in the views from your seat on the large sun-drenched terrace with a cool drink in hand, while you soak up the Mediterranean sunshine.



This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is designed for comfort and style, accommodating up to 5 guests for a perfect self-catered stay. The master bedroom boasts a large king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en suite. This is equipped with a walk in shower and two separate sinks. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a family bathroom with bedroom 3. The third room has been converted into a dedicated working space with desk and chair for those that need it, and has a sofa bed to sleep an extra guest. The family bathroom also boasts a walk in shower and large sink and mirror.



The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. There is wifi and integrated air con and heating throughout. The bright dining and living room is lit beautifully by natural light from the large windowed terrace doors.



Out on the extensive private terrace space there is a BBQ to cook up some tasty summer treats. You will find 2 private sun loungers and sofas to relax in the sun. There's also an exterior dining set that can comfortably seat 6 people, so you can take in the impressive views while enjoying some al fresco dining.



Just a 10-minute flat walk from the apartment, you'll find a range of amenities including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The stunning sandy beaches of Elviria are just 10 minutes further, where you can enjoy a day of sun, sea, and relaxation.



The El Manantial de Santa Maria complex offers a choice of four swimming pools, set amidst extensive gardens with decorative water features and plenty of open spaces.



Guests have access to the entire penthouse apartment and its private terraces, communal pools and gardens. Please be aware you must climb several flights of stairs (approx 35 steps) to the apartment. There is no lift in the building.



We will contact guests via messenger a couple days before arrival to confirm check in time and send them a pin location to the property.

    Kate has been a pleasure to deal with and the Penthouse is lovely, quiet and within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Elviria WiFi and TV were great, bedrooms lovely sized and the bathrooms and showers were amazing Kitchen was spotless and the BBq was great !! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and already looking at booking for next year Thanks Kate and team !!
