Bright and spacious apartment in Estoril with Terrace. One bedroom, terrace and air conditioning.

Fantastic modern apartment in Estoril. Situated in a residential and calm area the apartment is at less than 2 Km from the Atlantic Ocean and Tamariz beach. You have a supermarket at 500 meters and a bus station at less than 100 meters of the apartment. Should you have a car, parking in the street is free and there are normally places available.

The apartment has a big living room with a sofa and two comfortable chairs. The sofa becomes a bed should you need to sleep more than two. There is a big smart TV available. The bedroom has a double bed and a big closet and has access to the living room. The bathroom is very spacious and it offers a shower cabinet, toilett and a wash basin. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The kitchen is modern and big. It has all the appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare a light or full meal. There is a big table inside the kitchen able to accomodate 4 people. For your convenience a dishwasher is available. In the kitchen there are glass doors that give access to the terrace. A big table and a barbecue will make your dreams come true. You can cook and eat at open air your prefered meat or fish. A big umbrella is also available to protect you in the sunny days.

There is air conditioning, working both for hot and cold available throughout the apartment and wifi is also available.

The appartment is located just after the dunes. Acces to the beach is possible by using an old worn out boardwalk and in the end you do a small climb through the loose sand of the dune. We had the impression that this was not really a proper way to access the beach. In the appartment some metal parts, like lamps are rusty because of the salty environment and should be replaced. Communication with the host is difficult because she only speaks Portugese and no other language. We noticed that in Ilhavo there were more people (in shops, restaurants )who only spoke Portugese. We had a nice stay, although the weather was not very good.

Comfortable apartment! Very nice terrace and kitchen! Close to the supermarket so it’s easy to cook at home. Little bit far from the beach 30 min walking, also it’s easier to take Uber for 3€. Very kind manager and owner. We enjoyed our staying!

Lovely spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The only downside was the distance from Estoril and the scarcity of busses but we got used to walking up and down the hill!

The accommodation is immaculate, but not well suited for foreigners who have to walk. Also, we have stayed at a minimum of 20 accommodation types during our 3week holiday, but this apartment was the most expensive???
