Modern and stylish, this apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with bed sofa, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, going to meet all your needs. The property can accommodate up to six people.
As a home is not only made from the interior space, you can takeadvantage of the balcony to relax in the hottest days, the taste of refreshing drink or have breakfast.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Guests have easy access to several restaurants in the surrounding area. There are several bars and cafés nearby the building. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are a five to ten-minute walk away.
This flat is situated fifteen minutes away to the famous Farmers’ Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic centre of Funchal (locally known as ‘Zona Velha’) and the Cathedral. From here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)

GETTING AROUND
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
