Sanibel:Pointe Santo E31 Where the Sun Meets the Sea!

This pretty, clean, and well-appointed condo was the perfect place for our week on Sanibel. Its location is great for a range of favorite activities, from watching the ocean from our screened porch to walking to the Bailey Tract of Ding Darling NWR to a quick trip for takeout for dinner. Pam is a great host. She's responded quickly to every question and quickly arranged to have some items we left behind sent to our home.

Everything in the condo is new and it is right on the beach what’s not to like. I hope to go back soon.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Sanibel!The host is very kind and responsive. The home had everything we needed whether we wanted to cook or go to beach or stay in and relax. The location is just stunning.

The condo was the cleanest and most well equipped of any we’ve stayed in over 50 years. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive and all information was extremely accurate.

Our family of 5 (13, 9 and 2 year old) had a great time in this gorgeous condo. Pam was amazing to work with, responded quickly and even reached out to make sure everything was ok. Other than groceries, the condo was stocked well, had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards...it was all there. The location was perfect, enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and pool...the walk to the beach was a breeze! Our vacation here was just what we needed, nice relaxing time as a family. Oh and we visited several of the restaurants she recommended and we were NEVER disappointed.

Wonderful condo with everything we could have possibly needed! The short walk to the beautiful beach was perfect and we loved relaxing in the pool. This was our first trip to Sanibel but doubt it will be the last. And we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pam’s condo in Sanibel! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay with 2 young children. And there is construction on the property but it did not interrupt our stay and the renderings look awesome post completion.Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and it was in a very convenient location. There was a great view from the condo of the beach and a lot of beach supplies to borrow. There was also spacious living area and it was newly updated. The owners were also very responsive and helpful.

Great location, close to beach and local amenities. Local good restaurants also close by.

We had a wonderful week staying here. The location was great, condo was clean and just the right size and had all of the amenities we needed - including a Monopoly game that we all played together our last night before taking our oldest daughter to college. Pam was great to communicate with and very accommodating! Would highly recommend!
