Sandestin Luau Studio, Steps to Beach - Family/Golf, Beach Gear/TRAM/WiFi

It was in a great location within minutes of everything!

Very nice

You can't beat the location of this property! You can walk to the beach and the pool is just downstairs. That eliminates having to drive & park or use a shuttle. There are lots of restaurants and several grocery stores to drive to close by.The room is the size of a hotel room and the check-in and check-out process was easy. I booked this place because of the location and the availability of a kitchen along with price and availability. However, keep in mind a few things. 1)There is no stove. I didn't notice this when I booked the room. There is a hot plate which we used for eggs in the morning but it wouldn't be ideal for making a pot of spaghetti. 2) Even though the condo is located in Sandestin, you don't have any access to Sandestin amenities (fitness center, hotel beach areas, etc). It does make you feel a bit like a 2nd class citizen, but that's ok. You can use the shuttle to get to a shopping/dining area on the other side of the main road and find a spot on the beach in narrow sections between the hotel's private & beach chair areas. We enjoyed the Luau condo's pool and the 4th of July fireworks next to the hotel. This condo is worth it because going to Destin is all about being at the beach and spending a lot of time inside the room is not the goal.

Lots of activities for the family.

This property is super close to the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

The property was wonderful. The room had everything we needed. Comfy beds, TVs, hooks for everything. Elevators speedy, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. All the information was conveyed by owner clearly and had so many useful tips and advice about the area as well. The only thing I wasnt a fan of is just my own preference but we knew it when we booked it and that was having a room on the beach. This room's balcony would allow you to see ocean and was a very easy walk to beach, just couldnt hear the waves or sit on balcony and at night to watch the waves or moonlight on the water or watch sun rise over the beach. Again though that is just my own preference, the room and property gives you great experience.

Great for a small family. Very nice Close to everything. No full size stove but ok with me. Who wants to cook on vacation?

No complaints! We enjoyed our stay, and plan on coming back!

Was a good stay in destin

We visited in June for my son's senior trip. After a long drive from Texas, we were beyond pleased with the comfortable, clean accomodations. The property is clean and beautiful and Ravi was an excellent host!! The room had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Sandestin Luau did not disappoint and we were thrilled with the convenient beach access. We will abstolutely be back!

We had a great stay! We loved how close we were to both the pool and beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 4.

It was enough space for me plus 3 teenage girls. Enough pots and pans in the kitchen. Good location to restaurants and shopping. and only a short walk to the beach!

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach and the Serenity Spa. Walking distance to our favorite activities and the shuttle passes give you lots of dinner options.

Our stay was wonderful…, we had the perfect condo and location. We were walking distance from the beach and had a great time at the pool. We will definitely return next Spring and Summer. Thank you!

Excellent condo in the Luau buildings. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a full size refrigerator. Easy walk to the beach. Ravi gave very detailed instructions on check in and out and was responsive to any questions we might have had.
