Stayed Sep 20, 2025The beach house was gorgeous! Everything was as listed! Location was excellent! We loved having the private pool area right on the beach, perfect for coming in off the hot beach and cooling off and still enjoying the view and feel of the beach. Loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings for sunrise/sunset. Having washer/dryer and beach supplies was an added bonus!! The only complaint is the communication with host was a bit delayed and some questions were not answered prior to our stay. Overall was an amazing experience and would definitely love to return!

Stayed Jan 20, 20241/4 mile from Margaritaville resort and town center. It was the perfect place to stay . Very clean and the host answered all questions in a timely manner.On the beach , which was so relaxing. Will be back soon !

Stayed Jul 1, 2022Overall we had a wonderful time. The location is in the hot spot of Fort Myers. We expected a quiet weekend and it was far from it. The beach was packed and there are multiple companies renting out beach chairs in front of the house. However the crowd was friendly and for the most part young kids enjoying themselves at the beach. The apt is pretty much new, and very comfortable. I had one small incident which management took care of immediately. I would totally recommend for those who are young at heart and willing to mix in with the crowds.
