    This property is superbly located across from Sawtell Beach and a short walk to a number of restaurants and Cafes. The property is in great condition and is as advertised.

    Just across the road from the Surf club and Kiosk, and an easy 2min walk to restaurants in town. The location doesn’t get better than this!

    Lovely renovated 2 bed unit in a block of 8 units Across the road from the entrance to Sawtell beach 100 metres to RSL Club 200 metres to Sawtell village - nice Pub & plenty of good restaurants The unit is well appointed & comfortable
