A refundable security deposit of $350 will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-out, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 7 days of check-out if no issues arise.

An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — a $100 cleaning fee applies.
Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.

Please be thoughtful of other guests by disposing of anything with strong odours in the bins located at the front of the property.

As we can get strong sea breezes, if using the umbrella on the balcony please put it down when not in use or when leaving the property.
