Stayed Aug 26, 2022The AC is totally inadequate. They need to add better AC as the lowest it gets is 78 degrees. We checked out after 1 night and never got an apology or comment from the owner. Location is great. Place was clean but way too hot in the Summer

Stayed Jun 25, 2022The place had an amazing location but when we arrived it was not cleaned and we couldn’t get in touch with the host. We never actually talked with Jose he had agents working on his behalf and they didn’t get back to us in a timely manner and we had to leave the place with our three kids while they cleaned. The apartment is mostly as advertised but a little worn and quite dark. Wouldn’t rent again.

Stayed May 29, 2022Decent stay in a nice location of Paris. Easy checkin and nice beds to sleep our family of five. However the washing machine was not working well so we didn’t use it and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. Otherwise our time at this spot was fine given the amount of time we spent in the apartment.

The place is not well maintained - walls peeling, broken tiles, worn out and missing linens, burned out light bulbs, and missing the basics like garbage bags and paper towel. Sadly, not very clean either. It’s a good location though, with lots of potential for improvement.

Stayed Mar 13, 2022Property located in a very convenient and lively section of St. Germain close to the Latin Quarter, great restaurants, brasseries, etc. Unfortunately, management will ignore your communication attempts if there is an issue with the unit. We had a plumbing/drainage problem and requested to have the issue resolved on two (2) separate occasions with NO response from anyone at Chic Suites. Be aware that IF you encounter a problem, they will not respond.....and why would they.....they already have your money! Sacre bleu! Zut alors! Mon dieu!

Stayed Dec 30, 2021Nice place situated in an amazing part of paris. The place it self is very nice suited for 2 couples. It is near all the landmarks and has amazing restaurants located nearby
