Perfect location. Clean and spacious. Simone was the perfect host. His attention to detail was very helpful and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Easily walkable with luggage from the parking lot and to the entire town. Lovely courtyard, comfortable bed, clean, and spacious. We loved the apartment and the city.

What a beautiful, clean, well-appointed apartment. And Simone was so kind throughout our stay, even accommodating us when we needed a couple of things. We would love to come back to Assisi JUST to stay in his lovely place again.

This apartment is one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. The outdoor courtyard right in the center of Assisi along with a full kitchen, dining room and living room make it a great home base for exploring this wonderful town. Simone met us at the door to welcome us. He truly cares about his guests and was available whenever we needed help.

This was the perfect property inside the walls in Assisi. Perfect location that is quiet. The space itself is clean, upgraded, and gorgeous! It is also a pretty big space too. I can’t say enough good things about Simone. His communication was outstanding and he help direct us to the property and gave us local info. I highly recommend this place and will def stay in the future!

This apartment was truly amazing, as was Simone! I can't think of anything I would have wanted that wasn't here. It was as beautiful ad it looked in the photos, even better! Great location, comfy bed, spacious bathroom,you name it, it was here. I can't say enough about the host, Simone! He even saved me by calling a cab for me when i messaged him and just couldn't walk anymore to return from san Damiano. It was my best rental ever! Grazie, Simone! Andrea

The apartment is iconic Assisi - entrance through a fabulous stoned courtyard off of a cobbled stone street. The location is ideal - away from the crowds but in the heart of everything - only a few minutes walk to the main piazza. The apartment itself is very roomy (PLENTY of space) and impeccably clean. Simone is the perfect host! The welcome bottle of wine was some of the finest during our Italy trip! Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of expresso in the courtyard, and you will feel that you are transported back hundreds and hundreds of years!
