This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome located in Little Harbor Beach Community Resort in Tampa Bay. Access to all amenities. Onsite Management, Customer Support, Free Parking in carport and community overflow parking. Wi-Fi and access to all amenities.

Welcome to Little Harbor Beach Community — a laid‑back, waterfront paradise on Tampa Bay’s south shore. Enjoy our private beach perfect for swimming and sunbathing, two sparkling pools, a brand‑new pier (2025) with waterfront firepits, and a variety of sports courts including pickleball, tennis, shuffle board and basketball. Families will love the playground, arcade playroom, and pet owners will appreciate the dog run (select rentals are pet‑friendly).



Stay active at the fitness center with its scenic upstairs terrace, or relax at one of our two onsite waterfront restaurants — Sunset Bar & Grill for tiki‑style beach dining and Hooks Waterfront Bar & Grill for American favorites with canal views. Explore with golf cart rentals, narrated eco‑tours, sunset cruises, or kayak adventures nearby. These activities are operated by our local vendors. Whether you’re here for sunsets, seafood, or simply a slower pace, Little Harbor offers the perfect blend of Florida charm and coastal fun.



Located near all community amenities, you can easily walk or drive to the pools, private beach, pier, sports courts, fitness center, and arcade playroom. Free parking zones are available for the beach and amenities — be sure to park in the correct lot to avoid pay to park tickets. Guests receive a pool pass and parking pass; additional passes are available upon request.



The pools close at sunset and reopen each morning, with the water heated in winter. Restaurants open daily at 11am, and community amenities operate year round, unless closed for maintenance or renovations. Enjoy fishing from the pier or canals (please follow posted rules — no cleaning or disposing of fish on site). Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, enjoy waterside dining, or explore all that Little Harbor has to offer, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

While amenities are available for your enjoyment, we cannot guarantee they will be open at all times, as closures

may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or natural events such as storms. No refunds or discounts are provided for any amenity closures or availability issues. The rental of our property and the cost of the property is 100% cost of rental space being used not for amenities. Use of amenities is 100% complimentary, no additional fees added.

Check In & Maintenance Info

When you arrive, we suggest doing a quick walk through and letting us know right away if you spot anything that needs attention. If something urgent comes up, we’ll schedule our maintenance team or cleaning crew to come by. If you’re not home during the scheduled time, please be sure to give us permission to enter so we can take care of it for you.



We do not offer reimbursements for inconveniences. Instead, we’ll work quickly to offer solutions — such as sending maintenance or cleaners, or in some cases, moving you to another property. Non urgent items can be noted and will be handled after your stay unless you’d like them addressed sooner.

Things to Know Before You Book

We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, salt, pepper, or cooking oils — so please bring your favorites. For sanitary reasons, we can’t store food products.

When you arrive, you’ll find a small starter supply waiting for you:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen

• Dish soap, sponge, and hand soap

Pack what you’ll need for the rest of your stay, and you’ll be all set for a great trip!





New***PAY-TO-PARK for the beach only. You get free parking in the community parking spaces which are a short 2 minute walk from the beach! So it is best to leave your car in the free parking space and walk down to save $$ ;) Golf carts park for free at the beach.

Important Update for guests. We do our best to keep our listing updated. But in case there is conflicting information anywhere on our listing we want to clarify that currently all water sport activities are now located 3.6 miles away from our community at E. G Simmons Conservation Park. This is specifically for Jet Ski Rentals and Kayaking. Jet Ski Rentals are done through a third party vendor and Kayaking is done through E. G Simmons or Latitude’s Guided Tour.



Our community is close to the following popular destinations: Boat Ramp _Ruskin Commongood Boat Ramp (free) Simmons Park in Apollo Beach has a boat ramp, picnic, camping, playground and so much more! * Guests must be aware that we do not replenish disposable toiletries. Only what is provided during your check in. We do not have the capability of a hotel to offer this service unfortunately.



CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE: There is a 3.2% credit card transaction fee included in your grand total. If you cancel, we cannot reimburse you the transaction fee that is collected by Stripe with each payment. Please note that this applies to ALL reservations regardless of the cancellation policy. The administrative fee is non-refundable. Example: If you pay $500, $16 of those $500 paid, are non-refundable even if you are within the 100% Refund cancellation period. Why Because the fee is charged to process your credit card payment and Stripe does not reimburse that fee if you get reimbursed due to cancellation.
