The rooms are clean and quiet, and fully equipped with amenities, making it suitable for families who want to cook their own meals and do laundry. Free parking is available. Access to the garage and the building's elevator requires a key card, making it very secure. The BCA team is a professional property management company, so the check-in, check-out, and all communication in between were very professional and thoughtful. In short, my family and I had a wonderful time here and felt as comfortable as if we were at home! Thank you very much!

We loved the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and within walking distance of great restaurants/bars.We will definitely try to book it again for future trips to Atlanta. Review Comments This apartment is excellent conditon. Clean, new, spacious, good appliances, plenty of parking space and great location. I stayed with my family and 2B/2b style was perfect and very convenient. However, BCA doesn't really provide any service. We needed more towels and requested them but never got them. They said they will bring them but they didn't. I asked twice, gave up and had to do the laundry everyday. There was no laundry detergent even. If I travel solo, I won't stay here. I only recommend if you travel as a group. Weekends can get very noisy due to the party at the pool. And the pool is shallow (3ft) so you can't swim.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommended this and would choose this over any area hotel. The reservation, check in and overall communication process with BCA was excellent. We received one parking pass instead of two but the issue was resolved to our liking. The apartment was clean and well organized but could use some touch ups to the paint in the entry hallway as well as the bedroom closets. Also there were no shelves to put soap/shampoo/body wash inside the shower. You literally have to put them on the floor. I didn't like that. There's no art work at all in the apartment so it's kinda weird to have the nice modern furniture and no paintings anywhere. It was a safe and decent stay for us. Although I'm really picky I would still recommend. I already provided this feedback to BCA and they assured me that my suggestions would be considered. We keep them stocked with the essentials and encourage our guests to make themselves at home. We keep the decorations to a minimum to not take up too much space from guests since they book with us for months at a time. And you might be surprised to know that paintings have gone missing from us before.
