The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Paseo Marítimo Jaume I, directly opposite Llevant Beach, Salou's main beach. Its location is excellent for enjoying the sea and also for being very close to all services, shops, restaurants and leisure areas. The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool, as well as a children's poolideal for the little ones. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Large terrace (accessible from living room and bedroom).



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Seasonal outdoor pool (15/06-15/09).

- Free WIFI during your stay.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
