Stayed Jan 27, 2026The villa is beautiful and the host, Julian, is very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the weather was not great and therefore the villa was very cold. Julian supplied an extra heater very quickly, which we appreciated, however, I would suggest some permanent heating is installed for the winter months as the 400w heaters don't cut it and the gas heater creates condensation and damp conditions. Love the pool area and comfortable beds. Unfortunately there is no cupboard space to put your own provisions, but this is a minor detail. I can see how much work has gone into creating this little oasis of calm and would recommend it to others when the weather is warmer.

Stayed Sep 30, 2022We have just enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely property which is well equipped and well laid out to provide both privacy and comfort. There is a lovely walled courtyard, and a stunning private walled garden with a beautifully styled swimming pool both perfect for relaxing. Although set in a rural location Casita De Flor is only about a 10 minute drive to both the airport and the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. We found the host, who has a wealth of knowledge of this beautiful island to be friendly, accommodating and flexible both during the booking stage and during our stay. In summary I would say, this former bodega beautifully renovated to create a Canarian look with a splash of Cesar Manrique style, gave us the feel of living in a real Canarian home set in a quiet and peaceful rural area.
