Stayed Dec 12, 2025This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024We were pleased with our stay, everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the nearby restaurants. Only complaint is we that we wanted an additional parking spot but could not have more than one, we wanted to pay for one but it wasn't possible.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Our stay at the Loft was wonderful! Great location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Walnut Creek. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the views and the common areas. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. We plan to return next year! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Walnut Creek!

Stayed Sep 26, 2023I stayed at this property for a work trip for about 10 days. The location was ideal for me both to get to my office, and to have easy access to places to eat. I even got to enjoy the hot tub over the weekend which was an added bonus.
