Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great property in a central position for Lincoln city centre..a 5 min walk to the cathedral and all the shops.Clean and tidy , ideal for our short stay.Only niggles were the double bed is a small 3/4 double with not much room for two people , and the sofa bed was not very comfortable..

Stayed May 31, 2024Spent the weekend in Lincoln and this apartment was perfect! It's two blocks from Lincoln Cathedral, fairly quiet street. The apartment is perfectly furnished, very comfortable bed and furnished very cozy. We have sent this property to several friends planning to visit Lincoln. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely apartment in an ideal location 5 minutes from the cathedral and main shopping area with independent shops selling unique gifts. Lots of bars and restaurants up Bailgate and down Steep Hill - which is VERY steep!! Kitchen had everything you need to cook in if you wanted. Bedroom overlooks the pretty back garden, there is a wardrobe and bedside cabinets but no chest of drawers. Didn't matter as we used the drawers in the bedside cabinets. Bed was comfy but a tad on the small side for us.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022We were so happy with the apartment that we have already booked for another stay, and on the basis of our recent stay have also booked the host's other property for our adult children for the same trip. The pictures do not do the lounge justice, it has beautiful high ceilings and windows, and is really airy and light. At the same time, you can close the blinds and it is really cosy. Comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, heating easy to use. It is in a brilliant location practically at the foot of the Cathedral. Really happy with it and highly recommend.
