Stayed Aug 21, 2016Staying in this apartment has been a beautiful experience. I stayed here for 8 days with my boyfriend. I'm very familiar with the surroundings and normally I stay in Malcesine. But I really would say now, that I prefer having the apartment in Cassone. It's much more quiet, stress free and tourist free, it's easy to go with car or bus (or by foot, ca 45 min) to Malcesine center. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, nice clean bed linning and 3 towels (each) were laid out upon arrival. The bathroom was renovated and completely new with a large shower and washing machine. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful, we've enjoyed waking up every morning to the sound of the waves from the lake and the most beautiful view you could imagine, also at night, before going to sleep, you could look out the window and see all the beautiful lights and stars shining out upon the lake. Loris and his family was so very sweet, welcoming and warm, just like real Italians. They provided us with water, rose wine, fresh fruit (a lot!) and a whole bottle of olive oil. It was just such a nice gesture to be welcomed with after a long journey. I would recommend this place to all couples who would like a romantic, quiet and clean place to stay, where they can have some privacy and where you feel at home.
