Third bedroom - Ground floor with comfortable zip and link beds which can be set up as two single beds or zipped together to create a super king bed - shower room situated opposite this room.

Directions to Rock Pool, Upper Clay Park, Mortehoe, EX34 7EA

Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross where turn left signposted Woolacombe / Mortehoe. Follow this road until reaching Turnpike Cross and just before reaching the Fortescue Arms, turn right signposted Mortehoe. Follow this road down into the village and upon entering the village, bear around to your left passing the Church and the Chichester Arms and descend the hill as though towards Woolacombe. After passing Lundy House on your right hand side, turn left into Upper Clay Park Road where Rock Pool will be found on your right hand side.

    Lovely - amazing views , modern, well equipped , just needs shower baskets and a few extra outdoor cushions . Lovely coastal walks on the doorstep and Waitrose delivers

    Generally good. However it would have been good to know that the adjacent property was undergoing major renovation works. This involved noisy work commencing before 8am and lack of privacy due to workers being on the scaffolding. We also had problems with access and egress due to the vans and deliveries for the site blocking the narrow access lane and one one occasion was unable to park on the adjacent car park due to the number of vans being there.
