It is decent and generally clean, although we had some issues with the floor which was sticky in some parts.The location right next to the river is great and everything in town is walking distance. The pool is good for a cooling splash.

We felt gross sitting on the dirty couches and the bed linen smelt terrible.Literally picture frames with rules in all the rooms a big note on the fridge telling you to sweep the floor and wipe over all the surfaces before you leave or you will be charged yet they give you a dirty apartment in the first place?!?! Dont expect to sleep if its windy the main door needs to be sealed properly or something because it was howling when the door was closed.Really bad vibe from our stay. Couldn't wait to get home and shower in a clean soap scum free shower. The pool area was nice pool was way to cold to swim in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kalbarri...our first visit. Our unit was an older unit, but refurbished and well maintained. The unit was clean, bedding clean and comfortable; bath towels perhaps not as white as I would prefer; being fussy now. All the information we were given was helpful and accurate; kitchen was better equipped than I expected. You do need to supply your own loo paper, shampoo, soap etc...but, we were told that. I wish I had known to book directly with the Kalbarri Accommodation Service...we could have had an extra night at no extra cost! The unit is close to the foreshore and walking distance to cafes and food venues, IGA etc We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: Unit No.53 we found it to be comfortable but felt that all the furniture fixtures for example the couches and chairs which were of fabric material needed to have a deep clean.Even thouugh we gave it a good spray with Glen 20, my wife and I still got bites on our legs and arms from the couches. Whatever it was we still have red spots and raised skin.Also found large amount type of fur ball and hair next to the bed close to the window.

We arrived late on the Sunday afternoon,the following morning, I advised KAS that our quilt cover had several stains on it,( which gave the impression it has not been changed after the previous guest)... I offered to change it myself if they were busy. The office staffer advised that she had no bedding in the office for our unit, but would attend to it immediately by asking housekeeping to replace it, or even to drop a clean one off herself later that day....unfortunately, no clean quilt cover ever arrived. We stayed 6 nights, so this was unfortunate, and somewhat concerning in this Covid climate.I like the assurance of fresh, clean bedding. If the stains were long-term stains that washing could not remove, then I would expect new bedding to be purchased. Disappointing service.

Location was good Apartment is very dated could do with a revamp , furniture , curtains need replacing and some painting needed

Stayed at unit 53 for the past 5 years. This time there were a few issues such as blocked drains, dirty towels and TV reception being fuzzy. Won't be staying there again
