    The check in process was sketch - bldg and rooms did match expectations from listing. However, once in the actual apartment it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was helpful and accommodating to help ensure we felt safe and satisfied. Appreciated that.

    We had a great weekend here. Easy check-in/check-out process. Great location. The only complaint we had was the upstairs renters were loud late at night.

    This property was poorly represented online. It's actually only 2 bedrooms with the front porch (which slants ?) turned into the 3rd bedroom. It was very uncomfortable in the fact that there isn't really ANY kitchen counter space, no cupboards to work with, the smallest bathroom we've ever seen, SUPER loud upstairs neighbors, and the AC only kind of cooled the place. I won't be renting this house again for our next trip back to GF. Overall, we wish we had never booked this property, it was WAY too expensive for what you really get.
