Riverside Condo w/ Deck

Great communication! Great, clean property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was exceptionally clean and we absolutely loved the location. It sits right behind the Dolly Stampede. Everything was perfect! We will definitely make this our place to stay.

Great location and beautiful landscape. There is a nice balcony that overlooks the river and just far enough away from the parkway. A short walk or drive to anywhere, depending on traffic. The condo is nicely appointed and great amenities. Perfect for two adults and perhaps two small children.

Our stay was excellent. The condo had a great view of the creek and the mountains. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us! Also location was close to all shops and restaurants. The host was very courteous. We will most definitely stay again!

We have stayed in many different units at Riverstone over the years and this 1 bedroom condo was one of the best. Great location, 4th floor overlooking the river from building #4. The unit has been redecorated/remodeled and is in great shape. Owner had great communication.

The condo was just as depicted. It was very clean and close to all amenities. We do plan to return.

Clean and convenient

Everything about the condo was great. Many updates and was very comfortable. You can see Dixie Stampede right out your balcony on the fourth floor. Everything that we needed was there and owner was very accommodating. Would recommend this condo for a couple traveling. Close to everything!

The condo was amazing! Everything was very clean and comfortable! We have stayed at this beautiful resort in the past and it is our favorite place to stay in the smokies! We look forward to returning next year as we do every year! Thanks for the great accommodations!

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and was close to all the attractions and restaurants. The condo was spotless, kudos to the cleaners…I typically take cleaners with me to go over things but didn’t need do that here. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this condo. I can only see myself staying here when I visit Gatlinburg. I’m a bit of a clean freak and this condo just emanated freshness, cleanliness and pure comfort with absolute class. I made use of the Keurig and wine glasses for sure lol. The river view was amazing and the ducks came to visit because we bought duck feed from the Old Mill mercantile down the road. Everything was perfect. I can’t wait to wake up and have coffee on the balcony and feed the ducks, spend the day in Gatlinburg then come back & wind down with wine on the balcony at night. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will be back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular VRBO and it definitely meets the needs for a couple to get away for a period of time. Both of our stays have been for a long weekend and have been satisfactory. I’ve this so we can find it for the future. We love staying at Riverstone, the convenient location plus all of the amenities.

Great location! The resort is beautiful & the view of the river from our balcony was very nice. The unit was very clean & cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Riverstone last year, too. It’s near our favorite part of the parkway.
