Stayed Jan 16, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside! My son and I were in town for a conference--most of our group stayed at a hotel but we really appreciated having separate bedrooms and bathrooms! The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Check in/out was super easy. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We are planning to return for the same conference next year and hope to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Everything was as advertised! Easy check in. Safe location. The actual rental was clean, spacious and very comfortable! The grounds on the property were wonderful - pool, fitness facility, tennis courts. Close to so many things. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed May 24, 2024I chose this stay based on the balcony's image and closeness to our planned events. Unfortunately, the unit was located on the lowest floor and the balcony was full of spiderwebs and insects and was not clean enough to enjoy (not as listed-photographed). The property was very clean and spacious. It was stocked with plenty of household items to use during our stay (towels, throws, tissue, soap, laundry & dish pods, etc). The pool was very close to the unit and clean. The area is quiet and safe and close to EV charging stations!
