• On foot: Walk across the road to Rickys Restaurant, Quamby Place, Noosa River, and Quamby Park. Hastings Street and Main Beach are a 10-minute walk; Noosa

National Park about 15 minutes.



• By car: Just a 3-minute drive to the Noosa River precinct; 5 minutes to Noosa Junction, Noosaville shopping and homemakers centres.



• Other options: Local buses, ride-share (Uber/taxi), and bike hire are readily available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

This property is one of seven townhouses in the complex (four on one side, three on the other). Guests are asked to respect neighbouring residences and keep noise at considerate levels, as such, we cannot accommodate large groups or parties of any kind and noise must be kept at a minimum after 9pm.



The property features fully integrated ducted air conditioning for the upstairs section, the downstairs living and kitchen do not have a dedicated air conditioning unit. There are fans in every room.
