Welcome to Riva Ridge South Unit 735, a generously sized four-bedroom residence ideal for large families or groups seeking space, comfort, and one of the most convenient locations in Vail Village. Situated just steps from Gondola One, this home makes ski days effortless while keeping dining, shopping, and après-ski fully walkable.

Sleeping up to ten guests (maximum eight adults), the residence offers a flexible layout with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in thesecond bedroom, and two additional loft bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space. With four and a half bathrooms, everyone can spread out comfortably and enjoy added privacy.

The property features high ceilings and ample windows in the living area, creating a bright, open space that’s ideal for gathering after a day on the mountain. Guests will also enjoy cable TV, wireless internet, maid service, and access to a shared laundry facility. Complimentary underground parking may be arranged upon request.

    This property provided the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family. Our son and grandson loved the loft. The only issue was the king bed. The mattress was quite uncomfortable--somewhat v-shaped. Probably just worn. Other than that, we were very happy with this condo and would certainly consider it again.

    The only negative was that we had a plumbing issue with 2 of the 4 bathrooms. Called maintenance on Labor Day and they did not respond. Although we had a bathroom in one bedroom and a common bathroom which made it ok it was inconvenient for the guest on the upper level

    Location is the best, however the place is worn. How about a little glue on that dining room table, it's broke! I mean come on!

    Owners should be embarrassed. Furniture worn out, all scratched up. No AC and fans were pathetic. Paint pealing in one bathroom.
