Stayed Jul 19, 20232nd time staying here, last year and this year. I like the fact the river is right in the back of the property with the a private section.

Stayed Apr 14, 2024The place was very clean and comfortable. The pictures were a little deceiving as it appeared that you were right on the beach, however it was a little walk. Instead of it being a personally owned residence like we are used to with VRBO, it was more like a one and two story motel.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024Property was clean and comfortable. Based on the property description I was expecting a washing machine in the apt. I can see that was my misunderstanding. There was a laundry room on the property. So probably the only real irritation was that the TV in the living room kept disconnecting from the internet. It would do this repeatedly throughout the show and we would have to either go to settings and reconnect or turn it off and leave it off for several minutes and try to start over. But that was minor. it was truly close to the Colorado River and we had lots of fun fishing. Close to the park. Just overall we had a good stay.
