The suite was in very good condition and very clean. The amenities and the building is beautiful. The beach was easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a very quiet relaxing environment.

Beautiful place, high class property. Walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We had a great stay. FYI, the guest suite is literally in the lobby, so it can feel a little strange coming in and out, but everyone was kind- keep in mind, no freezer for the ice if you want to save it for drinks. But we bought a cooler and stocked up :) Would recommend and would definitely book again!

It was a great place to enjoy the beach and pool during the day and walk to some nightlife in the evening. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room is small but as described. Thank you, Bill, for accommodating my fragrance free request. It was perfect.Pros - The facilities and staff are fantastic. We took advantage of the pools, exercise room, library and grill. There were plenty of chairs and cabanas available for us every day and a very helpful staff both poolside and down on the beach.Slider door to a fountain-side, private patio.Parking is right near the front door.Make sure you learn the side door, shortcut exit through G2 to go to the restaurants and bars next door.The library was a good reading room in the morning as I am an early riser and my wife is not.Cons - The room is about the size of a small hotel room. The fact that half the dresser drawers are full and the closet shelves are also full doesn't help. Hang as much as you can in the closet. Luggage does clutter up the limited floor space. The room is right off of the front lobby as if it were once an office of some type.Bottom line - The location was great for a long weekend stay.

Location and amenities of Ritz are 1st class. Unit is just right for a couple with nice courtyard for morning coffee.

When checked in we had issues and the concierge at the site was useless. Our agent was traveling and did not leave us a local contact. By day two, we resolved issues and rest of stay was very good.

Everything about our stay was top notch! Our suite was perfectly located and very clean. The concierge gave us some great recommendations for dining out, the beach access was perfect, and the pools were amazing! We took advantage of everything this place had to offer. We will be returning for sure!

This was my second time staying there and I will go back again. Everything is perfect.

The room itself was very nice. A little disappointed we didn't get more service by the pools. The residents were very rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing. Also, the bed sheets were of very poor quailty and smelled like mildew.

When staying at a Ritz Carlton property there is a certain level of cleanliness, amenities, and service that is expected. We were surprised to find our room was basically right in the lobby between the front desk, the mail room and the elevators. You can hear every person that passes through as well as all noise from the lobby. This was annoying at 6am on vacation. Saturday we walked into a huge birthday party with about 30 families with young children that all filled out to the pool for the day after a lobby party. Not exactly relaxing. The linens and the mattress in the room are very low quality and not what we expect to encounter at a Ritz property. The towels were all extremely musty and there was mold in the shower which we cleaned. We were very surprised by this. The property and staff are great. Wonderful pools and beachfront. We loved that portion.
