Stayed Aug 25, 2025Perfect location to Hampton where you are not in the craziness of Hampton just outside of it. The walk to Hampton Beach State Park was quick and easy. Even the beaches at Seabrook are nice! Just a note to others as I was not aware, you have parking at the house but if you drive into Hampton you have to pay for parking everywhere!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025I needed an overnight stay in Seabrook Beach, for myself, my son, daughter in law and their 8 month baby. This spit was perfect. We wanted to stay on the beach for a family party at Ernie's Seaside. Right down the street. Comfortable abd very clean. Great for a weekend in Seabrook Beach or Hampton Beach!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Great place and a convenient stay. A warning - the top bunk is really only suitable for a child unless you want to bang your head into the ceiling in the middle of the night. Would recommend!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Host was very communicative, flexible and welcoming. Property is in great shape and it is in a great location. Perfect size if you anticipate being out of the house most of the time (who spends a beach vacation inside?). A well deserved five stars that I’m almost hesitant to give so I can keep this little gem in my back pocket. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We were only in town for one night to go to a concert but once we arrived, we wished we had booked another night. The unit was small but had everything we needed. The location was perfect! It was clean and comfortable! I would absolutely book again!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024I rented Riptide Retreat in Seabrook for 8 days. I stayed here with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday! The apartment is very clean and in a great location. My son loved having a bunk bed to sleep in and board games to play on days when we weren't at the beach. The view from the porch at sunset is gorgeous. It is also close to so many great places to shop and eat. We will definitely be trying to make this an annual trip.We can't wait to come back!
