The house is equipped with Alexa Amazono which provides music, news and information of all kinds on Cagliari and Sardinia on request. The building is located at a radius of 200 meters from all bus stations for urban transport. Furthermore the accommodation is located 200 meters from the railway stations and from the bus station for extra urban transport, which connects Cagliari with any Sardinian town.

The loft has two bedrooms, one classic, plus one located in a large open space loft overlooking the spacious lounge / dining room, very bright with a sofa and TV. Two full bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub.
