Stayed Aug 1, 2022All good. Parking included. Only issue with the location is that it can be a bit nousy on the weekend. Otherwise Great!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying at this rental. We were visiting friends who live in Konstanz during (what used to be a rare) heatwave with temperatures in the mid 90’s and there was great swimming right outside the door. The house was well equipped for cooking which is always a big plus for us. The balcony is great for hanging out and looking at the Rhine and the old town is easy to walk to. Nicolas was a very responsive host. Would have liked to have air conditioning since the heat was so intense (maybe the new normal), but the river and breezes made the situation much better. Konstanz is a very comfortable town to stay in and we had a great time.

Stayed May 8, 2019I would like to report on behalf of myself and my sister Shirley and friend Hedwig that we had a most enjoyable stay. Or host Nikolaus was so very helpful and kind. The location was great with the Rhine River just outside our door and convenient to the bus stop, grocery and more. The apartment was very neat and clean as well. I would highly recommend to anyone planning to visit this area in the future. Thanks again Nikolaus for all you did.

Stayed Sep 5, 2018The apartment was clean and good equiped in the kitchen. Perfect with 2 bathrooms. A terrasse with nice view to the lake. The distance to centrum is also short, espessially if you have bicycle like we had.
