Stayed Mar 5, 2023Rhapsody 3 was the perfect accommodation for a group of mature adults. Plenty of space, fantastic views and several options for sitting back enjoying the surrounds. With three couples parking had to be found on the street for one vehicle. Anyone with physical restrictions would not be able to walk to the beach and shops but four of us did lots of walking.

Stayed Jul 6, 2020Over the years we have stayed at various properties and are familiar with what to expect from a rental. This has been very interesting compared to the rest. My family and I agree that the property managers are not doing the rental justice. The property is managed as a house rather than a well deserved home. It's evident that the owner has not spared on expenses and has invested in highlighting the views, location and layout of the property with the intention of making it feel like a eligant home. The below are some of the items that worked against the property: -Cleaner was late to leave the property. Check in was between 2pm-late, we collected the keys at 2pm and waited for the cleaner to leave. The ground was still wet instide. - uncleaned spa jets, we filled the tub and turned on the jets and after a few minutes green algae came out of the jets and made the water look uninviting. - kitchen oven, to start the oven you needed to turn on a switch above the hob switch and then set the time before you can start to use the oven. Instructions would be handy for the next tenants. - there was a number of accessories that were folded away that would complement the layout of the rental. A self managed property would flaunt the accessories to give the property a welcome home feeling. - master bedroom downlights, the first night was a challenge as we could hear a low pitch hum that cycled every 20sec or so. Similar to when a mosquito keeps you awake. This was raised to the property managers and after inspecting the property they suggested turning off the light fuse to all the bedrooms. This meant anyone moving in the bedrooms was reliant on a torch or table lamp. Thankfully the managers did not source an electrician as we were on holidays. On a positive note, amazing views, uninterrupted sunrise, expensive entertainment systems, top to bottom glass panels possitioned to give give views and privacy and natural sunlight.
