Our apartment is a retro shabby sheek style. We have done smaller changes in the apartment; changed the carpet to grey color (smells new carpet) and smaller upgrades in bathroom and kitchen.

ADDITIONAL RULES-

Please treat our home as if it were your own. We would be very upset to have to contact a guest for disruptive behavior or any kind or any breach of our guidelines. We want to provide you with an experience unlike any other, and to help us do that, we kindly ask you to follow the additional rules below. House rules!

-Check in/Check out – Our check in time is after 3pm and our check out time 11am. Our cleaners operate on a very strict schedule, so it is very important that you check out at this time. If you wish for an earlier check in or later check out time, please notify us beforehand. There may be an additional charge for this service.

-Please see our house rules. As per the conditions in the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in fines and additional charges. We must also be informed for any extra guests and visitors for liability reasons.

-The apartment has a strict no smoking policy. If we are notified by our cleaning team of any cigarette ash or odours, we will follow up with verbo/stays and issue additional cleaning fees.

-The building is home to many others, and we respect all our neighbours. Loitering in common areas or outside the building is prohibited, and there are security cameras in these areas. Please respect our neighbours as if it were your own home and keep noise to minimum in common areas after 9pm.

-We have a strict no party policy. Parties and social gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Our guest limit is a maximum of 6 persons. If you wish to have visitors, please notify us beforehand as we allow a maximum 8, including our guests, for any visitors during daytime hours. We also have a strict policy regarding noise after 9pm. There is to be no loud music past 9pm and the balcony doors must remain shut after this time to prevent noise to neighbouring apartments and the street below.

    We booked a 18 day stay at the property and had to cut it short after a week. We couldnt take it any more. Very uncomfortable stay for a young family. there is no dishwasher, washer / dryer. We stayed here during winter and there was insane draft. the whole place was freezing all the time. The place was really dirty. We moved in while they were cleaning it and it was still filthy. We asked the owner to help clean the dust in all the rooms. She organized the cleaner to come back the next day which helped. While he was cleaning, we asked why the bathroom gets flooded? He said its because the shower screen is broken and the owners knows its an issue. But obviously couldnt be bothered cleaning. My family was getting sick during our stay and we decided to leave after 7 nights. When we complained about the state of the property, we were told we decided to come stay there on our free will and that the place has a great view we wont get anywhere else. the Owner ended up keeping most of our money. Ended up having to rebook something else last minute just to get out of here. Interaction with owners also wasn't helpful. When we decided we couldnt live here, she gave us an offer on a refund and said that's the last she will discussing that matter. We've stayed at several properties through different apps before but never before had an issue with VRBO, until now.

    Nina was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and the location was superb. Would make an excellent location for NYE, and only a 5 walk to the train station. Would highly recommend it.

    My four friends and I had a wonderful night at the apartment. It was much more spacious than I expected it to be. It slept the five of us very comfortably. The bedrooms were perfect with amazing views. Speaking of views… wow! The harbour bridge is literally out of the lounge room window. It was an extra treat with Vivid also beginning that weekend too. The apartment was in great proximity to the main street and easy to walk around with everything at our finger tips. We really enjoyed our night and would recommend to others.
