Had everything i wanted

The room was very functional, clean and had a good view of the gulf. The room was small and had no comfortable chairs to sit on.

The place was amazing a great stay was had all amenities needed to have a relaxing time on the beach to just unwind!

The host was great . He gave us some great recommendations on restaurants in the area .

Great location, clean and quiet!

Everything was great. No issues at all. All we had to do was walk across the street and we were on the beach!! We're already planning our next trip

It’s right across the street from the ocean. It had everything we needed. It was very noisy, so bring your earplugs. We would stay there again.

Everything about this stay was convenient, quaint, and ideal. Just outside of the busy parts of town and around everything needed to enjoy your stay.

This is a small studio but worked for 2. Great location on island. Beach right across street and easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Thought the sneezing and sinus that started Day 1 was just allergies since we have not had spring yet. However after 3 days with meds and no relief I found the HVAC closet to see that the filter had not been changed in months or more and was caked with dust and dust throughout the closet. Office did not have correct replacement and told me they would get one that day. I had to go buy one as never heard back. Great location but needs better cleaning and daily upkeep- maintenance

Short stay in anna maria island was wonderful.

Had a great time with my spouse celebrating our 30th year anniversary! A truly hidden gem! But, we believe the cleaning fee is a little too much for us!

Only complaint is people smoking cigarettes on balcony. We are not smokers and could instantly tell when someone was smoking outside. We could smell it in our room.

Place was clean, close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and you walk across the street like 10 steps and you’re at the beach. The bay is right behind the complex and you can see sunrise from there. Has clean pool and hot tub that’s cleaned everyday. Has a beautiful balcony with the view of ocean as well. Recommend

The resort is clean and close to the beach. I would have liked the walk to the beach a little closer especially crossing the curved road, it could be challenging to cross with family.
