Residenza il Nido is a delightful apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building in Forte dei Marmi (without elevator), enjoying an excellent position in the city center, just 150 meters from the sea.

It is spread over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 5 people.

On the lower level you will find a bright living area, furnished with a sofa, dining table for 4 people, tv and balcony. Following is a small kitchen (equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator), a doublebedroom (with tv, chest of drawers and balcony) and a bathroom with shower.

The upper floor houses another double bedroom (with tv and balcony), a bathroom with bathtub, a single sofa bed, and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).

Air conditioning is included. Pets are not allowed. External parking is available along the street.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity).



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (240,00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (80,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
